CERTIFICATION: I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, that there are no laws which prohibit me from ordering, receiving, or possessing these fireworks, and that I understand and agree with the TERMS listed hereafter. Furthermore, I assume total liability and responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws concerning possession, receipt, shipping, handling, transportation, use, storage, safety, discharge, ignition, resale, giving, destruction, disposition, etc.

Terms: Fireworks cannot be shipped to any state or jurisdiction where they are illegal (we do not know the laws in your particular situation so we must leave this matter entirely up to you to research and satisfy). When you agree to our terms you are stating that you have all necessary permits. It is then your responsibility, and not HAMCO’s to ensure that you can legally posses these fireworks. If you reside in a state that is requiring a permit you agree that you have obtained necessary permit (S) prior to ordering any products. Persons not having permits in these states run the risk of fines and/or confiscation of fireworks without any recourse to HAMCO or the shipping companies. HAMCO is NOT responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise. You must take that up with the shipping company. Always double check your order with the invoice that is e-mailed to you. To avoid confiscation or possible fines, make sure that fireworks are legal in your area. Neither HAMCO nor the shipping companies know all the exact state, county and local laws in your area - and are not responsible for the use of your merchandise. All orders are shipped to your local terminal. "No Residential delivery". If you for some reason refuse the freight, all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be billed to you. Or if it is seized do to your failure to comply with your local laws all shipping costs and cost of your order will be billed to you. No assurance or guarantee is given as to safety, reliability, function, or quality, and all fireworks are sold as-is with no refunds or exchanges. HAMCO reserves the right to upgrade your order with items of equal or greater value if items ordered are out of stock. Orders are processed immediately, but we cannot control the time it takes the shipper to pick up and transport your order (please allow 2-7 Days normal delivery time) Remember if shipping costs are greater than what the cart has calculated, you will be charged the difference.
