We have two programs
Full Container program: All orders must be paid in full by October 1st that will include all shipping costs, duties and AFSL & CPSC Fees. This will require a minimum case quantity of 25 case per item depending on manufactures requirement. All full containers are delivered to your location.
Partial Container Program: All orders must be paid in full by November 1st Hamco Fireworks LLC will pay for all shipping costs, duties and AFSL & CPSC Fees to Wayne Oklahoma. Client will be required to pay shipping to their location before products are delivered. For this program there is not a minimum of $1,000.00 purchase but no minimum case requirement.

All prices quoted are cash prices and are quoted FOB Hamco Fireworks LLC Wayne Oklahoma. Prices, terms, and specifications are subject to change by Hamco Fireworks LLC. without notice. All orders submitted are subject to the approval and acceptance at our office in Wayne Oklahoma. Orders are not binding upon us until accepted by us in writing. Once accepted, the order is binding on the purchaser and is not subject to cancellation when the order is accepted by Hamco Fireworks LLC. Payment is due in full at time of purchase.
The written order, invoice from Hamco Fireworks LLC. and these terms and provisions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and shall not be modified except by written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal agreements are recognized or enforceable. The order is a binding contract under Oklahoma Law, which shall be governed by the State of Oklahoma. By submitting this order, the purchaser irrevocably consents that the State of Oklahoma shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over the purchaser and any dispute or cause of action arising under this contract.
The purchaser acknowledges that fireworks are not sold on consignment or Credit Line and are not returnable. Payment in full at time of purchase. We will substitute items when necessary. The purchaser must inspect the product upon receipt and all claims for discrepancies, shortages, and/or damages must be made in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the receipt of the order or shall be deemed as waived by the purchaser
